After a long day balancing work, training, and recovery, many athletes look for ways to improve recovery and stay consistent with their performance. While reading about different training approaches, I came across discussions mentioning

 alongside a variety of topics related to strength and recovery. It seems that recovery is influenced by many factors, including training volume, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and overall program design, making it difficult to attribute progress to any single approach. For those who have followed demanding training routines, what recovery strategies have made the biggest difference in helping you perform consistently over time?
